FAST & RELIABLE SHIPPING

We do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from the USPS. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail, within 1-3 business days. There are also exceptions for peak holiday times.
But, we work hard to get your ZenlyBeads accessories to you as quickly as we can.
P.S. We take weekends off to get our creative juices flowing with hiking, journaling, yoga, meditation and walks on the beach.  
Who handles The Zenly Shop’s deliveries?
We collaborate with the USPS to ship your package. Please note that if you live in an apartment building and USPS can’t access your apartment, you will most likely have to make arrangements with them to pick up your package at the closest post office. (Please remember to give us your apartment number so there are no packages left unattended).
Help! Why won’t my tracking number work?
Patience is a virtue. Please let the USPS do their job and process your order before the tracking number is available to you. If you are having troubles, please contact us Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST 1-805-665-3495

Help! My package should have arrived by now, where is it?
If you have checked your tracking number and it says delivered, yikes! You are going to have to contact USPS to find out what happened. At this point, it is out of a our hands (literally). We suggest checking around and asking your neighbors to start, they might have noticed it was left unattended and saved it for you! (good karma is coming to them). But, if the postal service is unable to help please contact.
Oops! I gave you the wrong address, what can I do?
We would recommend contacting the USPS to request that they reroute your package. If they are unable to handle that request, and it is sent back to us, we will send it to you once we receive it. We regret to inform you that you may have to pay to have it re-shipped if it was your mistake. But, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
