Returns + Exchanges

HASSEL FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We understand that people change their minds from time to time. That’s why we offer exchanges and returns for your jewelry within 30 days of your purchase date.
With one exception, as long as no oils have been applied (very important!)
Please email us at tribe@thezenlyshop.com to let us know why your returning your item. We always appreciate your feedback on ways to improve our shop. Important note, you are responsible for any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping returns and exchanges back to us. Please return your items to us through a postal service.
Choose a prepaid, insured, trackable delivery service and mail your package to our below address. For example, USPS and FedEx.
We do not accept courier packages or packages sent without tracking. For exchanges, please include a note with your package indicating what you would like to exchange, and clearly indicate the return address. You are also required to cover the cost of shipping your new product back to you. Payment options include: Paypal, VISA and MasterCard. 
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on scented jewelry.

REPAIR POLICY
We are happy to restring your bracelet (if you have collected all the components) for a fee of $10 USD + taxes. You can arrange your bracelet repair Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST at 1-805-665-3495 or via email at tribe@thezenlyshop.com. Please send your broken bracelet to address listed above. Please be sure to include a return address and a copy of your payment confirmation.
