Q: I just placed an order online, but I want to change it or add to it. 
A: No problem, you can change your order or add to it if we haven’t shipped it yet!
Just email us with your contact info and we will gladly help you make any changes. 
Q: I am having issues with my payment, what do I do? 
A: First things first, refresh your browser cache. We also recommend that you verify your shipping and credit card information so that it is entered correctly since mistakes happen.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone with your customer service? 
A: Yes! We love helping you choose your perfect gemstone. We are available to help Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST. Please note, we are away on public holidays.
Q: What happens if I did not receive an order confirmation after my purchase? 
A: Don’t worry, just check your spam folder. The Zenly Shop emails don't belong there!
Q: Will my jewelry look exactly like it does in the picture? 
A: Great question! Each piece of jewelry is hand-crafted in Ventura, CA by our designer. Please note, gemstones may vary due to their uniqueness in color and texture. Our stones are all natural gemstones, making each one special in color and property.
This means it's just as unique and beautiful as you. 
Q: Does my bracelet come scented upon purchase? 
A: No, it doesn’t. We want you to choose your scent. 
Q: How long can I expect the aroma scent to last? 
A: It lasts a couple of days. Then you just reapply your oils to the lava beads.
Q: How do I care for my bracelet so that it lasts?
A:  Please treat them with care. They are not meant to be worn during any vigorous activity. Treat your bracelets with love, respect and sensitivity, as they are semi-precious gemstones.
Q: What happens if my bracelet is too big or too small, can I exchange it? 
Yes, just return it to us before you scent it with any essential oils (very important).  
Sorry, but no scented jewelry will be exchanged.
Q: What happens if my bracelet accidentally brakes after I receive it? 
A: No worries. Jewelry isn’t indestructible, right? Please send us an email and we’ll take care of it. If possible, collect any beads and include them with your broken bracelet.
Please note, there is a small fee ($10 US) for repairs or replacements.
